What models of leadership - such as part-time leadership, shared leadership models - create possibilities for vibrant, "calling" congregations? How do Local Church Discernment Committees help people considering ministry as a vocation to approach their process with faithfulness, grace, courage, and accountability? What other radical shifts in "the way we've always done it" show promise for congregational vitality?
